Overview
By joining the zerohrs waitlist or using zerohrs.com, you agree to these terms. They cover what we owe you, what you agree not to do, and the limits on our liability. They'll be expanded when the product launches; we'll notify everyone on the waitlist before that change takes effect.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. We'll contact you over email when invites open. You can leave the waitlist any time by emailing hello@zerohrs.com.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit emails you don't own.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
- Don't use zerohrs to violate any law that applies to you.
Intellectual property
The zerohrs name, logo, and site content are ours. You're welcome to link to us. You're not welcome to copy our copy or brand assets.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” while we're in waitlist mode. We make no warranties about availability, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Production terms will replace this section at launch.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zerohrs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located there.
